  • The product has passed its expiration date at the time of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original intact packaging with all seals and tags attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice).

  • Important: We highly recommend recording a clear, uncut unboxing video when opening your package. This serves as the primary proof for any damage or missing item claims.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, tested, or used.

  • Products returned due to a "change of mind" or personal dislike of the shade/fragrance.

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or with promotional discounts.

  • Any allergic reactions (please check the ingredient list and perform a patch test before full use).

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

If your item meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via our Facebook page, WhatsApp, or email.

  2. Provide your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video/clear photos of the product.

  3. Once our team reviews and approves your claim, we will instruct you on how to return the item via courier.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • The refunded amount can be sent to your original payment method, via bKash, or provided as store credit for your next purchase, depending on your preference.

  • Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.
